Dear Mitchell,
Once again you have come to our rescue. From the first time we entered the showroom, you have always been helpful, honest and pleasant. As you know, we live in Palm City so trekking back and forth numerous times to Pompano was a big inconvenience, a waste of gas and miles. In case you have forgotten why we chose your showroom, it was because we were assured we could obtain the vehicle of our choice through there. It was the first of many lies to come. We were about to enter hell month. We understand after a number of years purchasing vehicles, that it isn't exactly a fun experience even in the best of times. However, we never expected what did happen. At every pitfall, every lie, every mistake, you stepped in and swept up the mess. You have never expressed anxiety, anger, or frustration. If others have been treated like we were and you are always having to fix it, I would imagine you have experienced a GREAT deal of frustration, but it doesn't ever show. That's very commendable.
While there are so many employees out there that lack quality of any kind, you, on the other hand are a rare find. Any company would be very lucky to have someone who possesses such a high success rate of customer service, or I would assume you do. When taking our excessive number of situations into affect, I can only imagine you must treat all others as respectably and swiftly. You are a guy that is trustworthy, positive and knows how to get the job done correctly. This last incident is not resolved as of yet, but I have all faith that it will be taken care of within the week.
It seems that "Thank You" is just not enough to express our gratitude. It's nice to have one prince in the sea of sharks.
RHONDA SCHULTE
